Unfortunately, it looks like you will have to re-subscribe, or re-follow this blog.
First, stop following the blog. Then, follow again. Then you will receive your updates. I tried this with my own account(one of the benefits of being a follower of your own blog), and now I have received updates from this URL web address.
Turns out that when you follow a blog, you're following the actual URL. So, even though on the blog it shows that I still have all of you as followers, you really aren't getting any updates because you're subscribed to the old URL: muslimteenissues.blogspot.com.

Step-by-Step: How to "Re-follow":
1. You'll see the words "sign in" in orange below where it shows all the followers on the blog.
2. Click "Options", also in light orange
3. Click "Site Settings"
4. Then click "Stop Following this Site"
5. And then just Follow the blog again by clicking "Follow".
